YOGA CLASSES
I will offer group yoga classes in the Foyer Rural in Solomiac on Wednesday evenings from 19:30 to 20:30 from mid-october 2024. I’m looking into offering classes in the Salle des Fêtes of Estramiac other days.
- 60 minutes individual/personal yoga lesson: €35
- 60 minutes yoga group class drop in: €15 per person (in Solomiac or Estramiac)
- Passes:
- 10 x 60 minutes classes : 120€
- Unlimited classes yearly (from October to June) + 1 x 1/2 day yoga workshop included : €450
YOGA WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS
I will also offer workshops and retreats in 2025. Watch this space for information.

- “Self Care Mini-Retreat” Meditation/ Deep Relaxation/Yoga Nidra1/2 day Workshop (4 hours, Tea & Coffee break included): €80 per person
- “Transformational Yoga Getting Started Mini-Retreat” Transformational Yoga 1/2 Day Workshop (4 hours, Tea & Coffee break included) : €80 per person
- “Core or Flexibility Focus” Transformational Yoga 1 day Workshop (8 hours, 1 vegetarian or vegan meal + 2 Tea & Coffee breaks included) : €160 per person
- “Deepen your Practice” Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga 1 day Workshop (8 hours, 1 vegetarian or vegan meal + 2 Tea & Coffee breaks included) :€160 per person
Workshops can be tailored to your request and will vary depending on the current location and demand.
