YOGA AND MEDITATION
I offer HATHA YOGA, VINYASA FLOW YOGA , TRANSFORMATIONAL YOGA, YOGA NIDRA AND/OR YIN YOGA and MEDITATION classes where I am based, in Solomiac and Estramiac, France or individual lesson in an agreed location. Please contact me to schedule an appointment for individual lessons or group classes.
- Individual yoga lesson: €35 for 60 minutes
- 60 minutes yoga group class drop in: €15 per person (in Solomiac or Estramiac)
- Passes:
- 10 x 60 minutes classes : 120€
- Unlimited classes yearly (from October to June) + 1 x 1/2 day yoga workshop included : €450

TAROT READING
I offer tarot card readings pre-recorded, live via Zoom, or in person in Estramiac, France. Please contact me to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience to ensure availability. My readings are always infused with Ho’oponopono and Kundalini Reiki Healing energy.
